Culture and the iPhone

iphone-city-guides

I have a pretty basic phone:  I can make calls, snap pictures, text, etc.  But what it can’t do is answer those maddening questions that always seem to pop up when you’re no where near the Internet or even an old-school encyclopedia.  For example, clearly travel is a passion for me.  And, as much as I would like to, I have not yet memorized all the world capitals, famous cities, rivers, or mountains that fascinate me.  So how great would it be to have an app at your fingertips that could take you anywhere in the world you want to go?  Chalk it up to another reason to get an iPhone, for me at least.
