For our third night, we had a ball at Fort Wilderness’s “Hoop de Doo Review”. The menu was typical “camp” fare: cornbread, creamy butter pats, barbecued ribs, fried chicken, beans, and mashed potatoes. But the comedy was pure corn! Once again, we hit it off with the waiter, a high-kicking sixty-something gentleman with a great sense of humor.
Although we digested the food just fine, we all had a bad reaction to the show’s theme song and couldn’t get it out of our heads for the remainder of the trip!
