Kathy grilled for her Carolina Aunt & Uncle last month. She cooked for us from this cookbook the Asian Ponzu chicken & a mild African Habanera chicken that were de-licious! I’m trying to download the cookbook to print out since I do not have a kindle. So far I’ve been unable to figure how to do this and see if I can prepare such savory meals myself. She makes it all seem so easy.
